With many Canadian and American ex-pats, there’s a nice mix of ethnicities in this quaint beach town.

Bucerias is just north of Puerto Vallarta - about 25 minutes from the airport. Out of the hussle of the big city you can relax and breathe!

Located on the east side of the lateral (highway), we are in an eclectic residential area. About 7 blocks up and across the lateral from the tourist section, beach and the 'centro' area, where the festivals and night life happen, make our neighborhood a nice place to escape.

Where old town meets contemporary, some roads are paved and some are not! Our section is next on this list, we hope.

We have horses next door and lots of friends from the animal kingdom nearby!!
