Casa Jacarandas is designed for guests who value both modern comfort and authentic cultural experience. Located in a local Bucerías neighborhood, the home blends contemporary design and thoughtful amenities with the vibrant rhythm of everyday life. While we don’t allow pets, the sights and sounds of the friendly animal kingdom are very much part of the experience.

Here, modern comforts make it easy to settle in and enjoy the character of a real Mexican neighborhood—warm, lively, and full of personality. From family swims to golden-hour evenings on the palapa, our casa invites you to slow down and breathe.

Sleeping Arrangements

Two primary bedrooms feature king-sized beds—one located on the main level near the kitchen and living areas, and the other upstairs. The third upstairs bedroom comfortably sleeps five, with two queen beds and one with a twin bunk above, making it ideal for families or groups traveling together. Another double bed is located in the studio and we have a playpen too!

Sudio/Office

If work follows you to paradise, we’ve got you covered. The private studio/office is a complete remote-work setup with a printer, scanner and monitor (just remeber your HDMI cable!)—so productivity never feels like a compromise. The room also includes a full-size bed.

Kitchen

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to feel at home, but, we rarely cook while we’re there because Bucerías is known for great coffee, bakeries, breakfast spots, and all manor of casual and fine dining, Private chefs are also available, and we’re happy to connect you if prefer home cooked meals without any of the effort!

Outdoor Spaces

The Palapa: Enjoy the beautiful sunsets with a glass a wine or one of our board games on the rooftop to end the day.

The Pool: Heated just enough to make everyone comfortable, it’s great for a family swim. The upscale, yet sturdy removeable fence can be installed if you have littles with you, but even so, please be careful and keep them inside with you until you’re ready to join them outdoors. There is also a charcoal grill for those who like to BBQ!

The Vegetation: Depending on when you visit, please help yourself to a ripe papaya, a few bananas or the mint which is great for making their mint limade!

Laundry Room

Pack light if you wish. The washer and dryer are there for your use, and laundry detergent is provided.

Air Conditioning

Every room has it’s own mini-split A/C unit. Use the dry setting and you’ll feel as cool as you want to be.
